Tzes City Suites

Room 303 was a two level room with plenty of storage and a sofa bed that could comfortably fit one more person. Mr. Petros seemed interested in how things were going, and we knew we could reach him if anything came up. I have nothing negative to say. It's a lovely value for money option for solo travellers, couples, or families. The place is modern, trendy, clean, and full of amenities, about 7-8 minutes from the center. Details like the cooker stove, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and even a water kettle were all there. The air conditioning, lighting, and network connection were good throughout. It also felt safe, with a code at the main entrance and each room entrance, plus a key.

The lady who welcomed us and cleaned our room was so kind, and the owner called to check that everything was all right, which made us feel at ease. The place was amazing and spotless, with daily cleaning, and very close to the center. It was the best place we've ever stayed, and we'll definitely return when we visit Ioannina. Congratulations!

The apartments are new and carefully decorated, but the rooms with internal stairs are very small. The bed is against the wall on one side, and on the other there's only a narrow passage with a railing. The stairs are steep, which is awkward at night if you need the toilet. The main bed is upstairs, while the wardrobes are downstairs, and the pillows didn't support my neck. There is room for only two cars in the small parking lot, and you have to back out. The property isn't in the center, and it's on a narrow street lined with parked cars on both sides, so getting out of the parking area is difficult.

Spotless place in a central part of the city. Awesome, highly recommend!
