Yiannis apartments 1

We found these rooms online, and Yiannis accepted our direct booking at the last minute and met us at the door. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and our room was spotless and serviced daily. There are very good restaurants and psistarias within walking distance, and the center of Ioannina is only a few minutes away by car. Panepistimio Hospital is also just a short drive, which is why we were in the area. We found parking easily on nearby streets. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Yiannis Apartments for the first night of our trip in northern Greece, and the welcome was so warm. Our room was very clean and fully equipped. What impressed me most was how much time the employees spent helping us plan a hiking tour. They took a whole hour to talk through which options might work best. The staff were really friendly, and the price and hygiene are other good reasons to stay here. I can highly recommend it to anyone planning time in Ioannina.

The apartment felt so much like home that the kids didn't want to go out, which was funny in its own way. We had a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, and later even tracked down the bedding because the kids loved it so much. The owners kept a low profile, just right for us, and they’re already asking when we can come back. We booked Yanks Apartments at the very last minute for New Year. Our apartment was a short distance from the main complex, near the owner's coffee shop/bistro. Ioannina is a beautiful city, and I can't believe it isn't more popular for city breaks. Four days barely scratched the surface of what the city and nearby area have to offer. We had lovely family time together. Thanks for a memorable break, Yannis!

The studios are above a cafe, though the noise wasn't too bad. The building sits at a road junction that has the feel of a little square, with several restaurants nearby. The owners also run the whole building, so breakfast is served in the bar downstairs. Everything feels new and was very clean. A really nice place.
