The family who runs this place were so kind and friendly, and our room was beautiful and modern. The stone floors give it a luxurious villa feel. It’s outside the main village, so things are peaceful; you can relax by the pool or walk three minutes to a nearby beach. A lovely place to slow down and unwind on holiday.

Our big group of friends had a wonderful holiday in Ios at Villa Maria. The beautiful villa and kind hosts gave us a little feeling of home after being away from home for so long. They make food fresh when you ask, and brought us snacks by the pool in the afternoons. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We made the apartment at Vila Maria our home for two weeks, and Marousa and Antonis were so welcoming and helpful during our stay in IOS. Yialos beach is very close, and it’s also near the hill up to Chora and the port. We’d suggest renting a car to see the beautiful beaches around IOS. Thank you.

The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating, and Villa Maria is beautiful. It’s close to the beach and an easy walk to the port, while still giving you a quiet place to rest after a big day or night. We stayed as a family and highly recommend it in Ios. Try the Super Duper toast, you won’t regret it. We’re already looking forward to coming back.
