Atlantica Princess Hotel

There was plenty to like, including the huge breakfast buffet, the large pool and lots of seating around it. Our rooms were spacious, and the staff showed great hospitality. The kids’ evening activities were very loud, even with the windows shut, and went on until 23:30, making it hard to fall asleep. We also found dirt behind the table, stained bed covers and robes, and few or no outlets for charging. The experience was good overall, but a few small fixes would have made it perfect.

We met some good people at Atlantica Princess and had a great time. The location was a bit quiet, but that suited us, we’re too old for Faliraki now 🤣 The hallways and bathrooms look tired, but the staff are what make this hotel. Big shout out to restaurant manager Alex, Victoria and all the hard-working staff, and to the poolside bar ladies who were always happy. Our bedroom was cleaned every day and we had plenty of clean towels. We’ll return. Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5

The restaurant staff deserve a special thanks. Their service was excellent and made our family trip feel extra special. The hotel is a little dated, but the staff more than make up for it. We had a family room with a double and a single bed. The bathroom handle fell off while we were there, but reception had it fixed straight away, so the issue was dealt with quickly. Overall, we had a great experience.

We had a great two-week holiday. The staff were excellent. Alex and Tori in the main restaurant were always friendly and found us a table we wanted. The lady at the pool bar was happy and very efficient, and the man running the poolside lunchtime restaurant and evening bar service was also a credit to the hotel. Sorry we didn’t get their names. Our room faced the pool, so some evenings and into the early hours were a bit noisy. A few more charging points in the room would help too. We only had one lot of milk and tea bags, which seemed odd. The waste ground between the hotel and beach feels like a missed opportunity, perhaps for another pool or an adults-only area, just a thought. Thanks, Chris and Derek.
