We spent two of our four days in peloponnese here, and it was a good call. It's very quiet and outside the center of kalamata. I'd recommend this place to everyone. Good luck, and keep it the same.

The location is good, close to Kalamata, but the cleanliness and handling of problems were awful. On the first night we found a cockroach in the bathroom even though everything was closed. We told the manager, who assured us the place had been disinfected, but over the next few days there were small cockroaches in the shower, suggesting a nest and that the disinfection had not been done properly. On our last night, we found two more in the room. There was dust around, cobwebs on the air conditioning, and coffee residue in the frappe maker. We complained to the manager, who never came by, and the behavior felt unprofessional. We asked to move rooms, but the other room, on the top floor with a shared kitchen, also had a cockroach in the kitchen. It's a shame because the place has potential, but the managers seem indifferent. I don't recommend it.

We recommend this place, and thank you for the stay! The accommodation was spacious and clean for a family, with a wonderful view. It was very close to the center and beaches, and the price was affordable.

The place was very small, with a shared kitchen outside the room and paper-thin walls. The photos have nothing to do with reality. You can tell how carelessly it was built from the paint and the folded door separating the rooms to the way the balcony doors open.
