Isavella's apartments under the castle

We’ll choose this place again. It was spotless, quiet, and set up well, with good lighting and electricity, plus easy parking. Everything we needed was there, including more than enough towels and paper towels. The insulation was good enough that we didn’t need the air conditioning. The decent owners, both the lady and the gentleman, seemed like real homemakers, and it shows. It’s in the old town, away from traffic and noise. One of the best choices in Kalamata, five stars!

Mr. George was cheerful and full of suggestions for places to visit, and everything we needed was nearby. The place was spotless, well organized, and very well soundproofed. We got back from our stay today and will definitely come again. Thank you for everything 🤍🤍

Parking turned out to be an easy surprise: we found a spot on the safe street right outside, even on Saturday with the central market opposite, and there were more spaces once the market ended. The historic center is only a five-minute walk, with a pedestrian street full of food and drink options at affordable prices. The apartment itself had a comfortable double bed, kitchen, coffee maker, fridge, clean bathroom with new toiletries and shower, TV, shelves and hangers, and reasonably good Wi-Fi. Aluminum frames kept it very quiet. There was air conditioning, though we didn't need it. The owner was discreet and easy to reach, and both he and his daughter offered useful nearby excursion suggestions. Communication stayed open throughout the reservation. A lovely two days, and the accommodation and area were well worth it. Highly recommended.

They made us feel at home from the start. The hosts were among the kindest and most welcoming we've met, and the place was spotless, comfortable, and cared for down to the details. When we asked for a service, they jumped on it right away with a smile and real enthusiasm. That warmth made the stay memorable.
