The hosts were easy to reach and very kind and professional, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Perla Homes was a lovely place to stay, and we'd gladly return to Kalamata and stay there again. We found the apartment spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the place felt welcoming as soon as we arrived. It was also in a quiet spot, with the beach, restaurants, and city center all within easy reach.

Whenever I’m in Kalamata, I end up choosing Perla Homes again. I’ve visited Greece many times, and the steady service and attention to detail have made it my trusted place to stay. The team is friendly, polite, and quick to answer questions or offer local suggestions. The places I’ve stayed have always been clean, fresh, and ready to settle into. They’ve earned my loyalty, and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else for an easy, high-quality stay in Kalamata.

I really didn’t want to leave, and was sorry the place was booked for the next night. It was quiet, close to the beach, and so clean inside, with a lovely smell. There’s plenty here, including an iron, washing machine and detergent, a fridge with freezer, and an outdoor spot to smoke or sit and relax. I’d recommend it highly.

Hosting has been so much easier since Perla Homes started looking after my Airbnb. They handle the cleaning and bookings, keep me in the loop, and respond quickly and professionally. Guests have given me great feedback, so I’d recommend the team.
