The hosts made the stay easy with their warm welcome and helpful local tips. There’s plenty of room for up to 8 guests, with furnished rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, and private parking. Kids can use the playroom, and the outdoor area gives families a place to gather. My Olive Tree House is a comfortable, peaceful base for exploring Kalamata or simply relaxing.

We spent more than 20 days here, and by the time we left it really felt like home. Thodori & Klementia were wonderful hosts, and their local knowledge and recommendations were excellent. They both speak English and Greek, which we really appreciated. The house is spacious, exceptionally clean, and a rare find for a large group at such a good price. It sits among olive, orange, lemon, mandarin, pomegranate, and avocado trees, with views over Kalamata and Messinia bay. It felt like being in the countryside, though the centre of Kalamata was only a five-minute drive away. See you next year!
