The home sweet home - Family friendly 2 floor apartment

The house is comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the location in the city center is very good. It can fit 4 to 6 people comfortably if two sleep in the living room. We booked through booking, where it didn’t say there would be NO cleaning or bed linen changes. We had agreed on two changes over 10 nights, but got only one. There was no communication about cleaning or changing the sheets. We asked for a standard cleaning at least for the bathrooms once every 10 days. The gentleman we contacted told us it wasn’t his responsibility and to speak to the owner. The owner never replied and, as you’d expect, nothing was done. There was no willingness to help and no concern when basics like toilet paper or garbage bags ran out. The air conditioners are ancient and probably not maintained. They smelled moldy during the first few days we used them. I have allergic asthma and struggled with it. Because of the intense heat and the very poor insulation on the upper floor, we had to use the air conditioners from day one.
