Villa Dafni Kato Verga

Panos was a very friendly host and gave us lots of tips on restaurants, beaches and sightseeing. The three-floor stone house is in very good condition, with a sensational view of Kalamata and the Messinian Sea. It’s fully equipped and state of the art, with TV and air conditioning in every room. There are nice terraces on all three floors, plus a beautiful pool area with a pool shower and a BBQ spot. Parking is available on site. 10/10, thanks so much. We’ll be back.

A comfortable, spacious modern villa that worked well for our large group. Villa Dafni is a beautiful place, with modern touches, WiFi and air-conditioning throughout, plenty of beds and seating, and enough room for everyone to spend time together or have their own space. It’s well stocked with kitchenware and cleaning supplies, though better chopping boards and knives would make food prep easier. No other complaints, and thanks for a great holiday! The host was communicative and accommodating. It’s a 10-minute drive to central Kalamata and 15 minutes to the airport. With a rental car, nearby beaches are just minutes away, and there are plenty of local restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Breakfast on the terrace and sunset views over the sea were highlights of our relaxing stay. The house sits on a lovely hillside, with a pool and a view that we enjoyed every day. It’s beautifully furnished and equipped, with nothing missing. You can reach the sea on foot or by car, and there are plenty of nearby beaches, restaurants and places to visit. There’s also a taverna next door serving a good range of typical Greek food. Panos welcomed us warmly, was always available, and was friendly, courteous and helpful with tips for the area. We felt completely at ease and would come back in a heartbeat. If you want peace, comfort, a beautiful view and genuine Greek hospitality, this is a perfect spot. Unreserved recommendation!

The rooms and shared spaces are comfortable, blending traditional and modern styles. The host was kind and welcoming. It’s a good fit for digital nomads, families and couples, with easy access to Kalamata and its beaches. Highly recommended!
