There was visible mold in the rooms and open holes in the walls, and some of my travel companions felt quite unwell. This is a clear health concern, and the hotel shouldn't be operating in this condition. We were lucky to stay just one night. I hold Exoticca responsible for booking it, especially since they apparently keep doing so.

On our G0 Go tour, no water came out in the bathroom, and the shower room door wouldn't shut. The sheets smelled, and the shampoo and conditioner were just two small bottles. Another room didn't even have those. Everyone on the tour had plenty to complain about. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in Europe, and I hope the travel company stops booking it.

The food was poor, too. I only managed toast at breakfast, and many people in our group skipped dinner and went elsewhere. In the room, the carpets were dirty and the tiny shower was missing doors, so water sprayed across the bathroom floor. Water also leaked from underneath the shower, and the wall and tiles were buckling and moldy from it. The balconies along the side of the building face a vacant, run-down building. I definitely wouldn't stay here.

We arrived as a group of 150, and not one person was happy. They told us our rooms had been changed when we got there, so we had to sort out the new assignments. My balcony light didn't work, and neither did the air dryer. The food was the worst I've ever had: pasta cooked to mush, awful meatballs, and a cake with the texture of a sponge. Don't come here for any reason. Good night :)
