Mr. Polemarhos and the other staff were really nice and quick to answer messages. The location is perfect, and both the rooms and the toilets and bathrooms were clean. The Polemarhos house is generally a nice place to stay. It could use a few more amenities to make things more comfortable, like a shared kitchen with cutlery and a water boiler. They did provide us with a water boiler, but it would be handy for them to have one there. For a short stay, the missing amenities are easy enough to overlook. I'd recommend staying here.

The owners were the best part, so friendly and helpful that they made us feel right at home. They suggested activities happening during our stay and helped us figure out transportation. Thanks for making the visit so nice. We stayed a few nights while visiting Meteora. The room was well maintained and had what we needed, with comfortable beds and a good, complete bathroom. The location is perfect, right in the centre and within walking distance of everything. I warmly recommend Polemarhos Guesthouse for a visit to Meteora and Kalambaka.

Catarina and her father welcomed us so warmly and even sent us off with gifts. I hope to stay with them again. The room was spacious and spotless, with a balcony facing the cliffs. It's a block from the train station, an easy walk to the town centre, and not far from the start of the trail to Holy Trinity Monastery. We had a really nice stay.

The hosts made us feel at home in Kalampaka, greeting us with big smiles and cookies. They surprised us with snack packs for our mountain trip and train ride, then sent us off with a little gift. The hospitality was so warm, and I can't imagine finding a better guesthouse than Polemarhos. The location is convenient, about a three-minute walk to the train station or Main Street and its restaurants, and five minutes to the bus station for Meterora. Our room was very tidy and clean, and the shared toilets and bathrooms were cleaned frequently to a high standard. Highly recommend!

We were meant to stay somewhere else, but nobody showed up. We hadn't booked a room, so we drove over to Polemarhos to ask if they had space for three. They were friendly straight away. The room was big and clean, and they welcomed us with cold water and a cookie. So good! The big boss took my friend and me to see the Opéra music, and it was a wonderful night we'll never forget. Sorry we didn't say goodbye, but I know you'll be fine because you all have a really big heart. Yassouuu! À bientôt!
