The host, Giannis, was super attentive and replied very quickly. We had a garden-view room. It wasn't new, but for a couple staying just a few days without kids, it was fine since we weren't spending much time indoors. For families or a larger group, the pool didn't seem very suitable or clean, and the families staying nearby could get pretty noisy at night. I'd say it's a decent choice for a short 2-3 day stay as a couple without children.

The sunsets in Levkada were some of the best, and the pool was wonderful. The family running the place were friendly throughout, and when ants got into our room they sorted it out right away. Everything was really clean, and they cleaned again during our stay. Hot water took a while, but that wasn't a big deal. The bar was still being set up, so they weren't selling drinks yet. As long as you know that, the kitchen is there, and they even offered us ice cream since they couldn't sell it yet. The internet worked perfectly. Can only recommend!

There were serious problems with both water and electricity. The air conditioning didn't work, water leaked out of the walls, and the washing machine and dishwasher were out of order. Sand in the water also blocked the sink and toilet boiler. They offered no apology, alternative, compensation, or discount. If peace and rest aren't a concern for you, it's a great place.

The water kept cutting out, sometimes for hours, which was especially unacceptable in the summer heat. We also reported a bathroom ceiling leak early in the stay, but it wasn't fixed. The villa felt badly neglected: old furniture and fittings, a washing machine that didn't work, and a host who said he'd never used one and didn't know how it worked. The TV was broken too, even though we'd expect it to work at this price. Sheets and towels were changed just once during our 7-day stay. Bees, ants, and moths kept getting inside, making it hard to relax. The property looks promising online, but our stay at Pantheon Villas in Lefkada was stressful rather than restful. With poor maintenance, missing basic amenities, and inattentive management, I wouldn't recommend it.
