Our little private garden, with its neatly kept grass, was a lovely place for morning coffee. The grounds and greenery were beautifully maintained, there was always hot water, and each room had its own balcony or terrace. The rooms stayed cool, with air conditioning throughout the villa, including the living room. There were two bathrooms, and everything inside felt brand new. We were four people sharing part of a modern, fresh-looking villa at V Luxury Apartments in Possidi. Babis, the owner, and Latinka, who looks after the villas, welcomed us warmly. They're both so positive and kind that we felt at home straight away. The place was exceptionally clean: it was cleaned every day, bins were emptied, and sheets changed every two days. The property has private parking and even a football field. Each morning Latinka checked whether we needed anything. When we asked for extra sheets, kitchen paper, or something else, it arrived right away, no questions asked. Babis was one of the most positive and dedicated hosts we've met. He was often around caring for the property and guests, always with a big smile and genuine attention. He was happy to answer questions and offer tips, and it was clear how much he cared. A clean, peaceful, cozy place run by lovely people. Thanks for everything, Babis and Latinka, we'll be back!

It was our first visit to the area, and we found the location ideal, with everything we wanted to see or do nearby and beautiful beaches just a short drive away. The modern, clean amenities gave us everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What made it special was Babis. He's one of the kindest people we've met and went out of his way with recommendations, answers to our questions, and making sure we were comfortable. You can tell he really cares about guests. We had a good stay and would gladly come back. I highly recommend it.

I don't often leave negative reviews, but after what happened here, I feel I need to. We stayed at this property in Posidi from 21st to 27th of July 2025 and paid €1,000 for 6 nights. The experience was far from what had been advertised and, for paid accommodation, completely unacceptable. For multiple days there was no running water, or the water being pumped in was black and chlorinated. One evening, the host told me at 5 PM that water had been fully restored. When we got back around 9 PM, we were told my husband, our 7-year-old son, and I had exactly 30 minutes to shower. The host wanted to leave to be with his family and didn't want to wait for the backup pump to refill. He said everyone else had managed to shower on time and that he wasn't obliged to wait for us, since the water problem was the municipality's, not his. There were also power outages, leaving us without lights, Wi-Fi, or working appliances. Cleaning wasn't proper: rubbish was collected, but the floors were never cleaned. The Wi-Fi had been advertised, but there was no usable connection around the property except by the table outside the front entrance. Inside the house it didn't work at all. Several work calls failed during our 6-day stay because the connection wasn't reliable, which was stressful and unacceptable. The host took no responsibility and repeatedly blamed the municipality. When I calmly raised my concerns and tried to assert my rights, he raised his voice at me several times, shouted aggressively, and told me to leave if I wasn't happy. This happened Thursday at 10 PM. I felt deeply unsettled, especially as I had no official documentation showing I'd paid for the six nights, and worried my family might have to find somewhere else in the middle of the night. My only payment proof at that point was a €500 transfer via Revolut to his personal account, not a registered business account, and no receipt had been given. He photographed my personal ID with his own phone without my consent or any legal right. I wasn't given the chance to verify his identity or whether he was the legitimate host. Guest security and privacy felt completely disregarded. The receipt was issued only five minutes after we left, despite partial advance payments by Revolut and cash, which seemed highly suspicious and illegal. I can share evidence if needed, including videos, photos, payment proofs, messages, and the receipt. Traveling with a child made the whole experience especially disappointing and stressful. I strongly advise against booking this place. It didn't feel safe, professional, or transparent, and there was nothing "luxury" about it. The furniture was basic and from IKEA. The house had mosquitoes, grasshoppers, crickets, and snake traps in the garden. At night we heard jackals or foxes howling nearby. If you want the setting of a horror movie, this is the place. For anything else, even a basic bungalow would offer better conditions. I intend to pursue my legal rights through all available institutions, including the Greek Tourist Police (Tourist Police), the Greek Consumer Protection Service, the Greek Tax Authority (AADE), and the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA), regarding the unauthorized photo of my personal ID.

The private hot tub on our patio was one of our favorite parts, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed, including a large fridge. The apartment was modern, clean, and well equipped, a perfect base for exploring this lovely region. We were visiting the area for the first time and couldn't have chosen a better place. V Luxury Apartments in Possidi is ideally located for reaching beautiful beaches and everything else we needed. It's also quiet and peaceful, a great fit for couples or families wanting to relax. Babis was the standout. He was always available, answered our questions, and suggested local restaurants and beaches. He went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic stay, and you can tell he really cares about his guests. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to return and enjoy more of Babis' warm hospitality.
