The people are what I'll remember most. Napoleon and Labrini saw me arrive exhausted and sweaty, loaded up with my motorcycle gear, and said my room would be ready in 30 minutes. After a long ride through the Greek mountains and a couple of failed attempts to find a hotel, I'd asked for one at a tavern in Kalarites. They sent me to a random-looking shop that seemed straight out of 60 years ago, and that's where I met them. Without their help, we'd have been sleeping by the roadside. Some of the most genuine, lovely people I've ever met. I'll always remember them and this place!!!!

The view was incredible, and the main square is just a 1min walk away. Our rooms were comfortable and very clean, with clean bed liners and towels. Mr. Napoleon and his wife also run the village's most traditional tavern. Thank you, we'll be back soon!!

Mr. Napoleon and his lovely wife made us feel as if we were at the country home of parents we never had. Their recipes are worth trying at the most historic taverna in Epirus. I love this place. Essential Greek hospitality, nothing more and nothing less.

Breakfast was superb, with traditional treats, and Napoleon's meals at the kafenio were delicious too. The guest house was clean and warm, and felt very cosy and welcoming. In such a picturesque spot, it's a perfect getaway if you want peace and quiet. A very pleasant stay. Thank you!

The music, food, wine, and atmosphere are hard to beat. Napoleon and his wife made us feel right at home, and I'll definitely come back.
