Having private parking and spacious balconies made the stay even better. The place was spotless, well kept, and just as described. It’s close to the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, with Athens’ main sights, including the Acropolis and the Parthenon, easy to reach. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and helpful throughout our visit. The apartments are modern, beautifully designed, and very clean, with comfortable beds, a great bathroom and rainfall shower, a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen area. Everything feels new and thoughtfully arranged, so it’s comfortable as well as stylish. It was a wonderful stay at 10 Apartments & Suites Athens in Kallithea, and we’d happily book it again next time we’re in Athens. Highly recommend it for a relaxing, convenient place to stay.

We’ve now stayed at this wonderful place twice and were very happy again. The owner is especially kind and ready to help with anything, big or small. This time we chose the ground-floor corner unit. It has huge windows and a bedroom on an upper gallery level. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. It really makes you feel good.

The host was a decent guy and welcomed us warmly. We even got free coffee each day. It’s a cozy, clean, and comfortable apartment with a small kitchen. If you’re arriving by car, there’s a parking spot right in front of the building. Great place to stay in Athens!

There’s a bus right outside that takes us to the Acropolis, and we could park for free in front. The place has everything, and the owner is exceptional and super nice. For me, this is the best address in Athens for a comfortable stay. Thanks again, and see you soon.

Calm, quiet neighbourhood, with a very good restaurant next door and a trolley stop that goes straight to the city center. The building looks great inside and out, even though Google Maps shows it before the renovation. It’s very clean and well equipped, with a parking spot for guests. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. I recommend this place!
