The owner was helpful and pleasant, and the location is great, close to the beach and the biggest market place, Matsoutis. The rooms are decent and have great balconies, with what’s probably the best sea view you can get in Kallithea. The only possible drawbacks are a koktel bar underneath the apartments and no mosquito net on the balcony door.

The staff were really nice and relaxed, and when we slept past the 11:00 checkout and left at 12:00, it was no problem. We stayed four nights and had a beautiful sea view for a really good price, a nice balcony to chill on, two air conditioners, one in each room, and the beach and shops nearby. A few things could be better: the fridge froze all the drinks within hours even at its lowest setting because the freezer compartment had no door. The beds were quite hard, though I slept okay. The kitchen tap sprayed everywhere, and the toilet didn’t flush very well.

It’s quite cheap and very clean, with a great sea view. The beach is a five-minute walk away, but the road is very steep. It can get noisy, there’s nobody at reception at night, and the WiFi was unreliable.

The owner was kind and considerate, the view was amazing, and the service was exceptional. A good experience all around.
