The staff were friendly, but several things went wrong. We were charged €560 at first and then €620, even though the promised move to larger accommodation never happened. We had paid for a smaller place the first night, with an agreement that we’d move from the second night, and the change added €60 to the total. Instead, we stayed in the smaller accommodation all seven nights, and the difference wasn’t refunded. One bed’s bedding smelled unpleasant, the fridge didn’t work and was full of water, and the bathroom floor was wet with the rug completely soaked. The beds were also separated.

The owner was kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even nicer. My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. I’d highly recommend this place for its comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality.

The rooms felt dirty, the beds seemed questionable, the air conditioning barely cooled anything, and the bathrooms left us feeling less clean than before. There was no real comfort, just more regret as the hours passed. We were six guys looking for somewhere decent to stay in Kallithea, but our three nights at Erifilli Hotel felt like neglect and hostility from start to finish. The staff were so unhelpful and cold that we felt unwanted just for being there. We weren't expecting five-star treatment, but we also shouldn't have been made to feel like a burden. The place had less life, cleanliness, and charm than an abandoned building, and the whole experience gave me the impression the owners hated their guests. Save yourself the trouble and stay anywhere else. At Erifilli Hotel, even rock bottom has a check-in desk.

The owner was genuinely welcoming and seemed to care about our comfort. Our room was cozy and kept in good shape, and having a private pool right outside some rooms was a lovely way to relax. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend the hotel.
