From arriving by car until we left, every staff member was incredible, and we felt so welcome. We've stayed at many five-star resorts around the world, but this hotel still blew us away. The breakfast had lots of choice, from fresh eggs and omelettes to freshly made toasties. The pool was clean, quiet, and relaxing without loud music, and the spa was worth visiting. We got fresh towels twice a day, and little gifts were left in the room. It was my partner's birthday, which we hadn't mentioned because we were there to relax, but the hotel still brought a cake to our room. Such a nice touch. We had a great time, would happily visit again, and would recommend it to our friends.

We are here on half board from 14-24 October, and our impressions are mixed. The luxury sea-view room was just as booked and very comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and clearly well cared for, with the housekeeping team deserving real credit. The pool isn't heated and feels quite cold at this time of year. Breakfast has plenty of options, and the staff are consistently polite and friendly, but the food doesn't live up to five-star expectations. The bread is soft rather than crisp, fruit is often overripe, bacon is dry and hard, and most dishes are lukewarm by the time you eat. The juices taste like artificial powdered mix. I'd rather see fewer choices made with fresher, better-quality ingredients. Dinner was a letdown too: dishes repeated, some were burnt, and the supposed “show cooking” was just pre-prepared food being served in front of us. The Italian, Greek, and Asian themed evenings didn't have authentic flavors or much creativity. Our meal at Thalassa Restaurant by the pool was excellent. With the €24 discount, the food was delicious, the service wonderful, and the value great. We asked management whether we could eat there every day with a slightly better discount, but the reply was curt and unhelpful. What bothered us most was how pressured the restaurant staff seemed. Management often spoke harshly to them and even argued with them in front of guests. The staff were clearly doing their best and deserved more respect. It's a lovely, immaculate hotel with kind, hardworking staff, but the buffet food disappointed us and the leadership felt unfriendly and poorly managed. The à la carte restaurant was the real highlight. We wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone who values more refined cuisine, and we wouldn't return. If we did, we'd book bed and breakfast only so we could choose the quality of our evening meals ourselves.

The staff were professional and very helpful, and the menu was genuinely diverse. Our room was big and clean, and we loved the pool and our garden view suite. Right by the beach, too. It was a perfect vacation, I just loved it.

The beach wasn't our favorite, with pebbles and stones instead of smooth sand, so shoes are definitely needed. The sea in that area stayed calm even when it was windy. Food was pretty good, though kids didn't have many choices beyond pasta and some chicken nuggets. Adults had some great options. We had a wonderful stay, and the room was big and clean. The service was good, and the pool area was spacious and lovely for families. A big thank you to Beatrice from the kids club. My son was so excited about the games and activities that he wanted to spend most of his time there, especially in the afternoon when it was too hot to be in the sun. They had crafts, lego, mini disco, coloring, treasure hunt, dodgeball, sand castle building, and plenty more. Beatrice was so kind and went the extra mile to help him feel welcome and have fun, even with the language barrier. We can't thank her enough. He's already asking to come back on our next vacation.
