Athina Villas

The host is so welcoming, and the gardens and views are beautiful. I especially liked the poolside seating area. There’s a shared washing machine, which is really useful, and the ground-floor units have private gardens for breakfast while the upstairs ones have balconies. The kitchen has everything you need.

Athina’s hospitality was outstanding, and the villas are spotless and roomy. The place is surrounded by lovely fruit trees and flowers, with a big pool and a playground right beside it. It’s also close to plenty of beaches and attractions. We stayed as a family of five in a two-bedroom villa with a full kitchen. There were balconies on both sides, and it felt like having our own little Greek cottage. The villas are quaint and run by a wonderful woman. Highly recommend.

We stayed as a family of five and felt very glad we chose Athina Villas. It’s peaceful, with lovely views, a pleasant pool, and a patio where I could read. The garden was a joy, and the friendly cats kept to themselves and didn’t bother us. The apartment had what we needed to cook and spend time together. Our host was so kind: she lent us salt and shared suggestions for our visit. It made for a wonderful holiday.

A peaceful spot with a lovely bathroom, garden, and pool area. If you’re not looking for a busy tourist destination, this location is a great fit. We thought the value for money was very good, and we’d recommend it. We may come back if we visit Crete again.
