The beach and port are nearby, and there’s a taverna close by where you can eat well. The staff were really friendly and happy to chat or tell you things. Our room was neat and welcoming, with two balconies, one opening onto the guest terrace. They welcomed us with cold water and delicious juice, and a lady came by for the daily service. It’s a lovely spot for kids too. They could get to the main guest terrace, where there were lots of cats to pet in the evenings. There weren’t many tourists around, but plenty of Greeks.

The sandy beach is just a minute from this place, and parking was easy to find right next to the hotel. It’s also a handy base for trips around the area. We only had a short stay, but the clean, spacious rooms and pleasant people serving us made this unique accommodation well worth a visit.
