We booked two nights at 60 euros per night and paid an 80 euro deposit. When we arrived in the afternoon, the owner insisted we settle the balance before the second night had even begun, saying she wanted to issue a receipt. We told her we expected to pay when we left and get the receipt then. We transferred the remaining 40 euros within the next half hour. By the time we left the following day, she had disappeared, and she never gave us a receipt. Completely unacceptable.
