A lovely garden and beautiful views, and it was quiet. The apartment had plenty of space, with a big bedroom and living room, plus a good bathroom. A supermarket is one minute away, and the beach is three minutes away, with an even better beach five minutes away. The service lady was fantastic, proper old-school Greek hospitality.

In 20 years of travelling, I’ve never had an experience like this. When I asked to cancel my booking and get a refund, they first said there was no problem, then kept the deposit without giving any explanation. Before that, they ignored requests for information, and when they did respond, the answers were vague, listless and contradictory. The people running this place show exactly how not to handle customer relations. My honest advice is to stay elsewhere.

EVA is a five-star host, which is the best thing about this place. It’s my favourite studio accommodation in Skiathos. There’s a convenient shop, and Tzaneria beach is a short walk away; Kanapitsa, Kolios and Vromolinos are just a few minutes away.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the rental price was reasonable. The landlady was quite friendly and runs a mini market on the ground floor, with a wide range of products. The apartments have a splendid view, and I’d absolutely recommend them.

We stayed last August 2023, and I’m a bit embarrassed I didn’t get around to writing this sooner. Eva made our stay so lovely. The location was fantastic: less than five minutes’ walk from bus stop 12, even with our two small children. The rooms are above a great supermarket with more than just essentials, including beach gear, bakery items and coffee, and the staff there are very friendly. Tzaneria beach is just a stone’s throw away, and Kanapitsa is a short walk, though there’s a bit of a climb and it’s worth it. For those more adventurous, you have a fantastic, hilly
