The price for a group of 10 was excellent compared with other houses on this island and elsewhere. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. We also loved the unobstructed sunset view over the pool. It’s conveniently close to Athens.

We had a great time eating dinner on the terrace and taking in the excellent views. The large four-bedroom villa was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and a kitchen well equipped for cooking, including cutting boards, pots, pans, and wine glasses. The location was excellent too. Tinos can get windy, so the pool may not be enjoyable all the time, which is expected in the usually windy Cyclades. The owner was willing to answer our questions and help. You’ll need a car for everything, though the nearest beaches are a three-minute drive away and the closest village is at most 10 minutes away.

Anna was nearby next door and ready to help with minor issues, and the property itself is in a good spot with attractive terraces and pools. But some details needed more attention. There were no mounts for the shower heads, so we had to use handheld showers, and without a curtain or shower wall, the bathroom gets wet. The kitchen appliances weren’t in the best shape. The strong meltemi wind affects the pools a lot. Our pool was unusable, full of sand and 30 cm low on water. The other pool was maintained well, but we weren’t allowed to use it even though it’s all one property. My interaction with the owner was quite unpleasant, with a condescending manner that came close to rude.

The house was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect spot, with a magnificent sea view. Panos was a fantastic host, easy to reach, very friendly, and full of useful tips. Highly recommend.
