Katsaros Traditional Hotel

The homemade breakfast was a highlight, and Dina's warm welcome made us feel like family right away. Hotel Antigoni is a joy to stay at, with traditional, spacious, clean rooms, a quiet atmosphere, and charming surroundings. It's a lovely way to experience this beautiful region. We can't wait to return!

Our room was cozy and clean, the beds were warm, and the view outside was stunning. Breakfast was as good as everyone says, uniquely tasty and filling, with local produce and traditional flavors. Antigoni and Ntina were the embodiment of Greek hospitality. They were warm, kind, and helpful even with things beyond our stay at Hotel Antigoni. They helped us and protected us from inconveniences and weather-related difficulties. They treated us like loved ones visiting family. The stray cats and dogs near the hotel were calm and friendly too, which says a lot about how these two women treat their guests, expected or unannounced.

We arrived in the rain without any transport, and the owner somehow made the whole stay feel like a little trip to heaven. She was incredibly polite and helpful. I won't go into the details, but I really can't say enough about how kind she was.

From the room you get a lovely view of the lake, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to reach it. Breakfast was a highlight for me, especially the handmade cake and the "feta egg" ("afto feta"). I'd never had anything like those before. I'd recommend giving them a try.
