Chios Shallow Sea

George was welcoming and stayed available to help with anything during our short trip to Chios. We had a great little holiday with friends at Shallow Sea apartments. The rooms felt spacious and relaxing, with comfortable furniture and a thoughtful layout. They were very clean, and the well-equipped kitchenette had everything we needed. We also loved spending time on the roomy balcony and enjoying the sea view. We hope to return soon!

Yorgo made us feel like guests in his own home and took care of everything. I've travelled around the world quite often, and I've never met a hotel owner like him. The room was the cleanest I've ever stayed in, and I'm very particular about hygiene. I'll stay there again when I'm back in Chios, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends and family who are thinking of going.

We’ve stayed in several places in Chios, and this was one of the most comfortable. Mr. George was kind and just a phone call away if we needed anything. The hotel was clean, accommodating, and nicely decorated, and our rooms were spotless every day when we returned. Shallow Seas is a good fit if you're after an apartment-style hotel. Karfas is within walking distance, with a family-friendly sandy beach lined with cafes and attendants who'll take your coffee or lunch order.

George was attentive and ready to help, and the rooms were comfortable with everything thoughtfully arranged. The hotel was extremely clean, one of the best places I've stayed in Chios.
