Omega Residences

Katerina and Luna are what made our holiday so special. Katerina was professional and warm, always ready to help and going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Luna cared for the villa with great attention and made breakfast for us each day that surpassed what we expected. Their kindness, smiles, and dedication made us feel at home during a luxurious escape. The villa itself was stunning, with breathtaking views, immaculate rooms, modern architecture, and beautiful design and decoration that made it feel like we were somewhere abroad. The garden and greenery added to the feeling of luxury and relaxation. It was a magical stay, and for a unique holiday in Karpathos, this villa and these two women are the ultimate choice.

The listing screenshot I’ve added clearly shows a hot tub and washing machine, but neither was available. I consider that misleading advertising. The onsite staff were genuinely pleasant and helpful, though I felt the management did not show the same integrity. When I raised the missing amenities, I was offered laundry service, which I found inappropriate. We ended up having to find a laundrette in town instead of enjoying our holiday. We were three travellers, and the listing said there would be three beds, but there were only two. We also asked for a third keycard and were told we’d be charged for it, which seemed unreasonable in the circumstances. The layout was another issue: the main living area is downstairs, with one bedroom above it and another below, each reached by a separate staircase. Both staircases were narrow, steep, and dark because of the black interior walls. I requested a partial refund as a goodwill gesture and fair compensation, but it was refused. The property is nice and well located, but its description was misleading. In my view, this is false advertising, a breach of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and frankly unethical.

The infinity pool was a highlight, with beautiful views down to the sea and a magical outlook over the Aegean Sea. Our apartment was modern, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The brand-new apartments sit in a breathtaking location overlooking the city of Karpathos. Check-in was easy, and the staff greeted us warmly, took time to explain the apartment and surrounding area, and were polite and helpful throughout. Their hospitality made us feel at home. We had an amazing weekend at Omega Residences in Karpathos, Greece, and can’t wait to return to this beautiful place and make more memories. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The outdoor area was the highlight of our stay in the D suite. Between the pool, jacuzzi, and breathtaking view, we could have happily spent the whole day just relaxing there. The hot tub isn’t heated, just for future visitors to know, though in the warm weather it didn’t bother us much. There’s a parking spot for each suite, which is handy if you’re driving, and a small grocery store just down the hill, about a 5-10 minute walk away. Inside, the apartment had everything we needed, from bathroom basics to kitchen equipment. It was stunning, modern, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully put together. The kind staff made us feel very welcome. This was easily our best accommodation experience and really topped off our Karpathos holiday. Definitely worth it, and I highly recommend it!
