The last night of our stay, the manager asked our two families, including the children, to pay €60 for a mirror that had fallen because it wasn't secured properly and a toaster with a broken plastic latch. We refused to hand over cash and asked for an invoice. Instead, he wrote us a receipt with amounts that seemed random. The way he argued with customers was surprising if he cared about the place's reputation. Later he tried making small talk to smooth things over, but it felt like he had wanted cash in his pocket, which he didn't get. Very unprofessional.

The rooms are roomy and clean, the pool is large and pleasant, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The shop is fantastic too, though there were lots of spiders along the driveway. It's a very nice hotel with plenty of room to improve. There's no coffee or snack bar, and nowhere to order a drink or bite to eat. The nearest shop is quite a walk away.

I only got to stay for a day, sadly. It's a dream of a place, the setting and the space too. I absolutely want to return. Congratulations to the owner.
