We booked self-catering because we wanted to sit outside and have breakfast, not eat at the bar, but the noise made that virtually impossible. Renovations across the road went on from 9 to 3 every day except Sunday, and heavy traffic on the main road through the island brought pollution too. We couldn’t relax or eat outdoors. We’d been to beautiful Kassiopi before and had never been disappointed until this stay. Our dated room faced the road, which we knew was a possibility when booking. We stayed a week, and that was enough. George seemed very uninterested in being friendly unless his dad was with him. Sadly, we won’t return.

Just got back, and Frosini Gardens was lovely. The pool and setting were brilliant, and it’s right near town, just a short walk. Our room overlooked the pool and was nice and clean. We had fresh towels every day and the bedding was changed. The cleaning lady deserves a mention, she’s lovely. The breakfast was the only downside, but the owners made us very welcome. We’d stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

George gave us a lovely welcome and was friendly the whole time. The pool was lovely and never overcrowded, and the place felt relaxing. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning, plenty of storage and everything needed for self catering. The beach and main bars are a short walk away. George and his dad were both lovely and friendly. We stayed nine nights recently and wouldn’t hesitate to book again on our next visit to Kassiopi.

Nice self-catering rooms, a good location and a nice pool. It would be helpful to have at least salt and pepper and washing-up liquid in the kitchen.

The location was a real plus, just a short walk from what I believe is the most prestigious part of Corfu. We stayed 4th - 11th June and had no complaints. Pool days were calm and relaxing, and there was a good choice of meals and drinks at fair prices. Great value and a great stay.
