Villa Perris Studios

The landlord was friendly and very polite, and the cleaning lady came to the apartments every other day. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The villa has a beautiful garden and, probably, the best view of Kassiopi harbour. It’s just a minute or two on foot to the harbour through a lovely narrow street. If I return to Kassiopi, I’ll stay here again. My honest recommendation.

Villa Perris was great value for money, with clean rooms, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony view. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and it’s close to both the beach and restaurants. Luigi was wonderful to deal with, replying quickly to every question and sharing tips for what to do on the island. We’d be very happy to come back!

We’ve been coming back to Villa Perris regularly since 2008 and have never had a bad stay. It’s always spotless and comfortable, and Luigi and Maria are so friendly and helpful. My favourite thing is relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine or Mythos and watching the world go by. It’s my favourite place, and we recommend it highly. I’ve got the holiday blues now and can’t wait to return!

We’ve just come home after 19 nights at Villa Perris, where we stayed for our wedding, and can’t wait to return to that beautiful apartment and stunning view. We were in the two-room balcony harbour-view place, perfect for morning tea and Mythos in the evening. The air conditioning was a welcome treat, and the fans around the apartment were essential when the bridal party was getting dressed in the heat. Luigi and his mum went above and beyond to make sure everything on their end ran smoothly. They even offered to help deliver my flowers from Corfu town. Luigi was quick to reply and so helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed, and they left us little treats and a lovely wedding gift. I can only say good things about Luigi and his family. Thank you, Luigi and team ♥️
