I'm a solo traveler from New York, in Kastoria to get family papers, and the owners, host, and staff were so thoughtful and kind. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and those balconies were an adorable touch. It's a boutique hotel in size, at least. For my first visit to Kastoria, I wish I'd stayed here from the beginning. Thank you again. I'll be back.

I was upgraded to an executive room at no charge, and the staff made me feel welcome from the start. The hotel is small enough that everyone knows your name, and the customer service from everyone was incredible. It's centrally located and affordable, too. Special thanks to Evi for going above and beyond to arrange a cab so I could visit the far-flung village my family is from. I'm already looking forward to coming back. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

We stayed here in August before and were really glad we chose it. The rooms are attractively and elegantly decorated, and the friendly staff made the stay memorable. Definitely worth a stay. We've recommended it to family and friends.

The rooms are beautifully styled and very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is right in the center. The team went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We can't thank them enough, especially Evi for her hospitality. Five stars, nothing to fault. We've recommended the place to all our family and friends and will book again.

The hotel is tasteful, set in a refurbished traditional building, and the staff are very nice and attentive. Its position on a main road through town can make it noisy. Kastoria is a wonderful place, though sadly affected by the war with Russia.
