The place was fully booked, and nobody helped me find another hotel. They wouldn't let us use the Wi-Fi, leaving us stuck at the front desk. It was the earliest morning of the night. Kapshtice guards had arrested me over my passport through the coach service. I waited too long for a taxi, six exhausting hours.

The rooms were kept tidy and clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They cleaned our room daily and left fresh towels and hand soap. Keletron Hotel is a great place to stay in Kastoria. By car, it's one minute from the main waterfront strip, with lots of good restaurants and little shops. Along with the area's natural beauty, make time to see its ancient Byzantine history.

I've stayed here many times and will definitely return. The staff are incredibly good, and for its price range this place is a champion, even with the quality drawbacks you'd expect. Rooms are a decent size, cleanliness is average, and the views are moderate. There are a few small nice touches, too.

The breakfast was delicious, and the location is excellent for a budget hotel. It's a good option for guests who don't expect much fuss. We did have a price discrepancy of +5 EUR. Kastoria is very beautiful, especially in spring!

Luckily, we could cancel the booking and didn't lose any money. We had a confirmed room, but when we arrived in the evening, the guy at reception was really unfriendly and insisted we had no reservation, even after we showed him our confirmation. He wouldn't help us. He did offer a room at a higher price than our booking, so we decided to go somewhere else. It was a bad experience.
