Giannis Studios Alykes

We spent a week here in August 2025, and it was a brilliant week in Alykes. The rooms are basic but clean, and the staff are super kind and always go the extra mile. They welcomed us warmly even though we checked in late, and Antonio kindly made us a meal so we wouldn’t go to bed hungry. We spent hours in and around the pool every day. It’s a really relaxed place, and whenever we had questions the hosts helped us out. They can also arrange tours at a reasonable price. Just a heads up, the walk down to town and the beach can feel very long in 40-degree heat, so take a sunhat and water when you head out. We’d definitely return.

The on-site restaurant run by Angelo serves good food at very reasonable prices, and the pool is a decent size and kept in tip-top condition. We really enjoyed our week here. The rooms were clean and well serviced, and you can walk to the centre of Alykes, the beach, and other amenities in about 10 minutes. Well done to Vaso, Angela, and the staff.

Angelo at the pool bar was a real highlight, a great bartender and chef, friendly and happy to help with anything. The bar is open from 7am until midnight, and Stephanie is just as welcoming when she helps with breakfast. The small studio complex has everything you need, plus a clean, well-kept pool. Alykes' main strip is about a five-minute walk away, with plenty of bars and restaurants, and a good sandy beach nearby. Great for singles or couples, though it may not be the right fit for young children or party seekers.

I can't speak to the rooms, but it's a lovely spot for a swim and lunch. Everyone was welcoming, the prices were reasonable, and the service was great. Such a laid-back atmosphere, and everyone is welcome. ❤️ Really lovely people.
