Potamakia Seaside Suite is one of two semi-detached suites in a newly built complex. It’s in a peaceful part of Alykes, away from the center but close to basic amenities. There’s private access to the beach and a shared swimming pool used exclusively by the two suites, making it a spot for a relaxing holiday. Inside, the suite has one bedroom, one bathroom and an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, plus a private balcony with outdoor furniture. The suites share a large outdoor area with sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. For groups of up to eight, Potamakia Seaside Suite and Potamakia Beachfront Suite can be rented together.

The owner was easy to reach and even arranged a hire car for us. We spent five nights here last June, with the beach right there and calm, shallow water that felt safe. The Beach House was spotless and peaceful, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in 38°C heat. We loved the sunrises and sunsets, and the bar next door served lovely food and drinks, with really friendly staff. We couldn’t fault it. We’re coming back next year, yiammass.

A simple, modern place that works well if you want privacy. It’s right on the beach, with direct access, and the setting is quiet. The pool is small but perfectly usable. There’s a bar next door if you want one, and the air conditioning is good and efficient.

The beach is beautiful, and the whole place is quiet and relaxing. It’s great for a couple looking for a romantic break. There’s everything you need in the accommodation, and the owner was very kind and helpful. The city is close by too. If you love water and greenery, this is the place for you.
