The location was a real plus: good restaurants nearby and the beach just meters away. The room was small, the shower tiny, and cleaning only happened once during the week. The owner could be kind, but was very rude more often than not. One night we left the room electricity on to charge our phones while we went out for dinner. He got furious and shouted at us when he noticed. I understand wanting to save electricity, but this is common in hotels and doesn’t justify yelling at customers.

We were there as a family with two children, and for the price and level of service, we couldn’t have picked a better place. The room is small but has what you need, and everything is close by. You can even shower on the beach in front of the hotel, which was great. The owner is a really good, helpful man. They clean the room every two days, which was fine for us. If anything’s missing, just tell him and he’ll do his best.

A lovely start to our holiday. My wife and I stopped in for lunch, and the staff were kind and easy to talk to. The food was delicious, home-cooked, and reasonably priced. The couple running the restaurant also kindly helped a German family with children. It was lovely hearing them communicate in English between German and Greek. A very good beginning to the trip. What will happen at the end of the month?

For a hotel room in Ypsos, this is the place to stay. We were greeted so warmly, and the room was clean. The air conditioning and toilet both worked perfectly. Thanks for everything, Mr. Andreas!
