Lefkorama

The room had a lovely sea view, and there's a beautiful garden with several olive trees around the small hotel. Manolis and Sophia made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of local Karpathos produce and things from the garden. Lefkos is a handy base for exploring the island. Beaches and restaurants are nearby, though I'd recommend having a car. They can help you find one. We fully recommend staying here.

We were sorry to leave our little spot in the front garden, where we'd sit with a beer at the end of the day. The other guests were friendly too, and it was lovely chatting in the evenings. Manoli and Sphia welcomed us warmly with fresh fruit and tips on what to see, including beaches and excursions. We're grateful to Sophia for helping us spend a lovely week in Karpathos. The hotel is set among greenery in a quiet area, with a refreshing sea breeze in the evenings. It's also well placed in the middle of the island. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was a treat, with sweet and savory choices and fruit from the garden. We fell for this place quickly, and going back to everyday life was hard. If you're after a relaxing holiday, Lefkorama exceeded what we expected.

The family were so friendly and made sure our needs were taken care of. Breakfast on the terrace was nice, too. Our room had air conditioning, though we hardly needed it since a cool breeze came through at night. It's a quiet spot with great views of the mountains and Lefkos village below. The room was modern, practical, well equipped, and very clean, with mesh screens on all the doors and windows. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in Karpathos.

I've been coming here for the third generation, and I'm sure more of us will follow. It feels like home: kind hosts, spotless rooms, and a wonderful breakfast each morning. The beaches, villages, and lovely surroundings make the stay at Lefkorama special.
