The room was spacious, and we got clean towels every day. A bit of soap in the bathroom and a shower curtain would have been useful. The location in Lefkos is lovely, close to one of Karpathos's best beaches. The owner also treated us to garden tomatoes, cold beer, and homemade pasta with pesto. This was the best Filoxenia I've had in a long time. I'd definitely recommend it.

A lovely, peaceful place to stay, roughly 250 m from the nearest beach, which has both pebbles and sand.

The hostess was very welcoming, and the place is peaceful, just five minutes from the sea. They changed the towels daily. During our first three days, we were given grapes, then fresh tomatoes from the host's garden brought to our balcony, along with two beers later that day. On the third day, they served us spaghetti with fresh pesto from their garden. Thank you for having us 🙏🙏

The owner was rude and indifferent. She asked for an extra €5 for the air conditioner, though that hadn't been mentioned when we booked. I regret staying instead of leaving the next day, and not because of the money. I wish I'd stood up to her and cursed her out. People like this damage the island's reputation. The locals are hospitable and kind, and this was nothing like them.
