Nick and his wife were so nice, and the apartment was clean and beautiful. The view was gorgeous, the beach was close, and the area felt quiet while still making it easy to get into the city. The wifi was good too. I definitely recommend it!

With Kalamitsa beach just 50 feet away, this was one of the best vacation experiences of my life. The house, its location, and the householders were all amazing!

Nic and his wife made my partner and me feel very welcome. The apartment was spacious, very clean and tidy, and really close to the beach.

The real grass in the photos, the high ceilings (at least 4.5 m), and the quality finishes all stood out, and the private patio was a lovely place to unwind. The residence is close to the beach and 3.3 km from the old city. Nikos’ family has free private parking there; for the old city, the lot by Kavala Castle costs 2€ for 6 hours. We arrived before check-in and asked Nikos where we could grab a simple meal. He told us not to switch off the engine, hopped on his motorcycle, and led us to a restaurant. That kind of care says a lot. It’s a family-run place, and you can tell they put their hearts into it. When we said goodbye, I felt like I was leaving an old friend. Thank you, Nikos!
