Iordanis is such a hospitable and conscientious professional in rentals, and I really enjoyed staying with him. The setting is excellent and quiet, right by the sea. I recommend him to anyone passing through Kavala for a holiday. He’s available throughout the year by appointment. All the best, my friend Iordanis, and stay well.

The hosts were responsive and great to deal with, and there’s plenty of parking. The apartments have everything you need. My favorite thing was the barbecue, which everyone can use. We’d be happy to return.

Keramoti beach is about 20 minutes away and Kavala around 10. There’s a parking spot, even one in the shade. The house is renovated, neat, and all the amenities are there for a great holiday. The hosts are warm and welcoming. Such a nice, pleasant place, definitely worth visiting.

The people were simple and hospitable, and being near the beach is the one real plus. But the house itself left a lot to be desired: it’s old, has a distinct smell, and was infested with insects. Everything felt worn out and in need of replacement. For the same price, I found much better places nearby, even in central Kavala. Nea Karvali is a small, poor village, and this house made the whole impression worse.
