Thank God the sea was fine. Everything else was terrible: the place is far from everything, the service, food, staff and customers were awful, and it was terribly overpriced.

The setting is amazing, and the hotel could be a model if it hired staff using better criteria. Instead, the rudeness was on full display.

It's a beautiful location, and it's sad to see people in business exploiting it for profit. It's also sad that others put up with it or allow it. The prices are incredibly high for mediocre service. With the money they make, they could at least install a cable car to carry all the people who are overwhelmed.

Service that was simply unacceptable. On a Saturday night in late July, we ordered a bottle of wine and they brought us nuts instead.
