Natali I.
Such a huge disappointment. We'd been coming here five years in a row, but this will definitely be our last. The food was terrible and the service just as bad. This year the nightly price went up drastically because they'd decided to include another meal, making it two meals a day, breakfast included. On the first day, a waiter gave us a half-board menu with four set meals to choose from, and we picked one. Thirty minutes later, a waitress said nothing on that menu was available and handed us the regular restaurant menus instead, so we chose from those. We weren't charged, since meals were included. The next day was the same, except then we were told we could only order precooked frozen food: processed nuggets from Lidl, burger patties, spaghetti, and pizza. We were two families with three children between us. The kids had to wait at least an hour for food every day, while the restaurant staff made it clear that guests who weren't on a meal plan came first. It felt like if you'd prepaid, you just had to wait and eat whatever was left. None of the five waiters seemed to know what we were entitled to. Soup wasn't included, nor calamari or fish, which cost extra. Three kids eating frozen processed food, spaghetti, and pizza every day? And pizza wasn't served in the restaurant, only on the beach. We ordered it from the beach bar, waited 45 minutes, then the waiter said, "I'm really sorry, but the pizza will be ready in another 30-40 minutes." The kids were already frustrated and starving. Can you imagine? This happened every day. It was outrageous, unacceptable, and downright disrespectful. One day there was even a power outage. We sat outside, waited 30 minutes for menus, but got no water or bread, which is standard in Greek tavern service. After an hour, I went to the bar and asked if we could order. The waitress yelled, "Yes, you can! I'm trying to get to your table, we have no electricity!!!" If there was no power, why bring us menus in the first place? Her idea of trying to get to us was sitting at the bar or serving everyone else except us. We were clearly treated like second-class guests because we weren't spending money then, since our meals were already prepaid. In five full days, we never got proper service once. Every mealtime became a three-hour ordeal. One waiter said we could order fish, then another said we couldn't the next day. We came to Greece for seafood, not frozen nuggets from Lidl! Why make guests eat at your restaurant twice a day if you can't provide proper food or service? I'm deeply disappointed. What a shame. If the service hadn't been so awful, we'd have kept coming every summer as we had for years, but this time they completely crossed the line. I hope management pays serious attention to the rude, arrogant staff, who clearly despise serving us!

We didn't stay at the hotel, but visited the beach a few times. It's clean and kid-friendly, and you can use the sunbeds if you order something. The staff were really friendly. Nice place.

The service was great, and ordering something got you a free umbrella. The beach itself felt a little cramped and noisy, though. The bar and restaurant had a good range of food at decent prices.

Breakfast was very poor, and the rooms smelled bad and were in very poor condition. The bath towels were old and dirty too. The manager even stopped the kids from eating ice cream on the hotel terrace. It's my first time in Greece receiving such bad treatment from hotel staff.

The location is very good, but the breakfast really lets the hotel down. Greece is known for its bakeries, so serving cheap supermarket food like mini “7 days” croissants and “homemade” jam with no fruit was disappointing. The towels were old and smelly, which is insulting to guests, and the lock on room No 3 needs changing. It took us five minutes of struggling every time to get inside. When the hotel is empty, guests should be given the best rooms and views. Don't restrict them to first-floor rooms overlooking the restaurant, even when they're from Bulgaria. And don't underestimate Bulgarian tourists. If they're happy with the service, they'll come back and bring more guests.
