Sia Beach House

The village is quiet and pleasant, with a small port, playground, a few nice taverns, a great gyro shop, and a good cafe right by the house. The beach is only 50 meters away. It’s not the best beach, but it is peaceful, and the morning walks are lovely. The house was very clean, child-friendly, and had everything we needed and more. I felt at home during our five days there. The hospitality was great too, and I’d visit again.

Maria welcomed us warmly and was so friendly, her hospitality was impeccable. The children loved the kittens in the yard, and we could take whatever we needed from the vegetable garden. The house was spotless, suited to families, and fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and linens. The sea is right nearby, though it didn’t fully satisfy us. There are wonderful beaches about 20 minutes away. The hosts were excellent and willing to help with anything we asked. I definitely recommend it.

We’re coming back for the third year in a row. It’s a great family vacation spot, very clean and comfortable, with the beach just a short walk away. The owner is friendly and always smiling.

The villa is peaceful, with the sea just a few meters away and the village center about 8 kilometers away, where you can shop on foot. The beach is clean and organized by the village community, with cafes and taverns serving Greek treats and snacks. There’s a washing machine, an oven, air conditioning, a vegetable garden, a fenced area, and a nice big balcony. It’s a detached little house with a lovely setting. The hospitality was warm and friendly, always with a smile. Kavala is just 20 minutes from the airport. I recommend it.
