Studio Evian

We spent five nights here with our four-month-old, and a comfortable baby crib had been provided. The house is luxurious, with spacious rooms and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The large kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for cooking, with room for everyone, though the veranda overlooking the whole bay and neighboring islands is a wonderful place to eat. The pool is large and exceptionally clean, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. We had an incredible summer holiday and enjoyed the area's most beautiful view. Thanks to the host for such a warm welcome. We hope to return in the summers ahead.

We were a group of 10 friends and had the best time at Villa Evian. It's spacious, beautiful, and looks out over the sea. The pool area is lovely, with loungers, a fridge, toilet, and shower. The location made it easy to walk to a beautiful beach, a small shop, a bakery, and a restaurant. The host helped us with groceries, taxis, a boat trip, and dinner recommendations. We had a perfect holiday, and I couldn't recommend staying here more. We'll be back!

The host was always responsive and glad to help with requests, reservations, and useful suggestions for activities and places to eat. Sailing is a must, our whole group enjoyed it so much. The villa has what you need for a relaxing holiday and offers sea views from almost everywhere. We'd definitely visit again when we're next in the Kavala region.

The villa is huge and clean, almost immaculate, and everything was as promised. The views are amazing, day and night. We could use the pool and swim at the nearby beach, which was within walking distance, despite it being September, considered 'bumper' season. Evgenis was helpful from the time we first got in touch while booking until we left. He cared about our comfort and that we enjoyed his city and accommodation, and helped with restaurant recommendations and bookings, arranging a sailboat, and even getting me to the pharmacy. The weather was perfect. Book it once and you'll be hooked for life!
