Do not book. I reserved a week three months ahead, but neither Lefteris nor reception answered despite my repeated calls to the listed numbers. AirBnb couldn't reach them either. I was left without a place to stay. AirBnb handled the refund and sanctioned the hotel professionally, while Lefteris and Afrodite Complex provided no customer service at all.
Worst place ever. The bathroom photos seem to be missing for a reason, it's a makeshift shower and the whole room was dirty. When the cleaner made our bed, our clothes were thrown on the floor. The AC costs an extra 7€/night/room, and that wasn't stated anywhere. No bath mat, mosquito nets, or repellent. We got no information about check-in, the pool, which looked dirty, or anything else. The host wasn't welcoming or very responsive by phone. There was nobody at reception, so you have to call and wait for someone to turn up. The photos show a different residence in the complex, and that one barely looks better. Please avoid!
After two days, they decided to go home early. The stay had left them feeling unsafe after male staff came into the room of two young women without warning or invitation. Check-in had already involved a 20-minute wait. A terrible experience.
October was the wrong time for this place. I should've come in June, July, August, or September, when the strip is usually buzzing and Brits are dancing in the street.
It was quiet while I was there, though the location was nice and central. The staff were really helpful.
