The food and drinks, including at the hotel pool bar, were quite expensive. The room itself was dirty, the bedding was filthy, and the beds were so uncomfortable I could feel the metal springs. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly either. When we checked in, there was no air-conditioner remote. Staff said that because we’d booked through Easyjet, using one meant paying an extra 10 euro per night. EasyJet listed the hotel as three stars, while Google Maps showed two, which felt much closer to what we found. After we contacted Eastjet, they spoke with the hotel, and we got the remote at no charge. They also added mattress toppers, which did help us sleep better.

The pool was lovely and the food was great. The room didn’t match the online photos, though: there was no shower holder, the beds had springy mattresses, and the curtain was sheer. Reception were helpful and moved us to a renovated room, then gave us a mattress topper.

The team at fardinis are what made another great holiday for us. This was our third stay, and Micheal, Evie ,Angelo's and Lilly all went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. The rooms matched their description, and the beach is quiet, lovely, and private. There’s a pool, but we spent every day in the sea. The bar is relaxed and nice for an evening drink, and the food is excellent. The kids played table tennis every night, but still couldn’t beat Angelos. For a meal out, try skaltsounis at st peters beach or roussos in kavos. Just leave kavos before the clubbers come out! The bus stop right outside goes to lefkimmi, and it’s worth going in the evening to the river side.

Please look at other hotels in the area and take these comments into account. The beds are very uncomfortable, there’s no air conditioning in very hot weather, and the mosquitoes are impossible to avoid. The water doesn’t work properly, and the Wi-Fi is bad. Worst of all, the cleaning lady was rude and insulted people in Greek, apparently thinking I couldn’t understand her. The low price doesn’t make up for the poor service. #letsguide

A lovely place to unwind, with a beautiful view, its own beach, nice staff, and good Wi-Fi. The rooms could use a little upgrade ;) If I come back to Corfu, I’ll stay here again 😜
