The garden and pool have a view that makes this house special. It's east-facing, so early risers can catch the sunrise. We stayed for a week in mid-late September with family, and the house had everything we needed for a holiday. It's such a lovely spot that, like us, you might find it hard to leave and explore the island.

I visited while friends and family were staying there. The villa was stunning, with amazing views and everything you could need, plus an infinity pool. I was only there for a few hours, so I can't comment on Kavos itself.

The terrace and pool look out over the Ionian Sea, and the view is wonderfully relaxing, even after spending plenty of time there. Nearly every corner has its own little terrace, so there are lots of quiet spots to sit. We arrived on a Sunday and found that our warm, welcoming hosts had left plenty of groceries for a delicious breakfast the next morning. The house is tastefully decorated and made us feel at home right away.
