Right on the beach and in the best location. The service was excellent. Joy at the bar goes out of her way to keep customers happy, and Spiros is very accommodating and offers helpful recommendations. Love Utopia!

It's in a quiet spot just a few minutes' walk from the beach and Kavos centre. There's a communal pool and parking, though it's best to reserve a space in advance. The host was welcoming and helpful. You can book breakfast for €8, but the selection is limited. The Wi-Fi was very poor, unfortunately, and AC is only in the bedrooms, not the kitchenette or living room.

The setting was beautiful and peaceful, far from noise, so it was easy to switch off and recharge. This lovely hotel gave us a real sense of Greek hospitality, thanks to the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely return next year!

We had an excellent stay at Utopia. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. It's on a peaceful sandy beach in a calm neighbourhood, while still very close to the centre and its restaurants and bars.

We arrived without expecting much and were really surprised by how much we liked it. The rooms are simple but very close to the sea. The shared spaces, including the bar, pool and breakfast and dinner area, are lovely and comfy. Best of all was the kind, personal service from Manager Spiros, one of the most hospitable people I've met. That level of service and welcoming atmosphere can't be priced.
