Zeus Hotel

The staff were friendly and remembered our names. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms nicely decorated, and there was a good amount of space to hang clothes. Lunch had a wide menu and the food was great. Breakfast was limited, but enough in the extreme heat. There were plenty of sun loungers and the pool was very warm. It’s well located near the beach, several restaurants and a supermarket, and you can get a taxi to the village or harbour. I had a lovely week with my 13 yo son. Lots of guests return, and 99% of people were lovely. We enjoyed getting tips from them. A few guests seemed to think being friends with the owners meant they could speak down to others and be rude. That isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s close to the beach and restaurants, with a nice pool and enough sunbeds. Fairly clean, too. I’m about 90% sure we weren’t given the Deluxe room we booked, as the photos looked nothing like it. Breakfast was very simple. After midnight there was lots of screaming, shouting and running around outside the room. The pool bar was very pricey, and you aren’t allowed to bring your own drinks or snacks to the sunbeds.

The pool was just right in the hot weather, and the beach is only about a five-minute walk away. The harbour takes around 20 minutes on foot. Our room was clean and roomy, the price felt right, and the staff were fantastic. The bar team were especially friendly, quick, and always ready to help, with drinks that were spot on. I’ve already booked another stay for next year and would happily recommend the hotel.

The ground-floor balconies could use dividers, since they don’t offer much privacy. Breakfast was included but the choice was a little limited, though you can pay for extras. Aside from that, it’s a lovely, very clean hotel in a good location, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A very good option.
