The bed was stained and smelled strongly of mold, and the bathroom was so dirty it was almost unusable. The shower tap wouldn't shut off, so it kept running loudly all night. The room also looked unclean and clearly hadn't been maintained recently. I strongly advise against staying here.

We were traveling with our pup, so the hotel's dog-friendly policy was perfect for us. The staff were friendly, and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. The cozy terrace was a nice extra, and the location works well if you're traveling by car. It was clean, and the 24-hour reception saved us when we needed a last-minute late check-in. Great experience!

We had written confirmation that an early check-in was possible, but when we arrived the room wasn't ready. The owner was rude and unhelpful on the phone. Things can go wrong, and we would have been fine with an apology and a free drink. Instead, we were told to wait or find another hotel, and blamed despite having that confirmation. If you aren't hospitable to guests, why work in hospitality?

We arrived in Athens by bus at 1:30am and were worried about finding a hotel on streets that didn't feel safe at that hour. I called Hotel Chris at 2am, and they answered and took us in right away without any trouble. My family and I were so glad we chose this place. The location is perfect, close to both the city and the airport, and it felt like home. Breakfast was very good, the service was great, and everyone was so nice and made sure we had what we needed.

I don't understand, reading the reviews now, has this place changed so much? The hotel quality is low. Water drips from both the shower and the hand washer, the WiFi is useless, and the room heater is so noisy I couldn't sleep until I turned it off. For that, it should cost 15-20€, not 60. There's more I could say, but I don't want to. Don't expect anything special.
