Markus made the archery lesson we eventually attended a great experience. He was friendly and put a lot of effort into helping us enjoy it. Some staff really do work hard to give guests a good time, even though others seem not to care. That’s why I’m giving 3 out of 5 stars. Getting to that lesson was a big disappointment. The Grecotel app listed archery at 4 PM, so I went with my son. The instructor was friendly, but said we needed a reservation at reception, a requirement the schedule didn’t mention. I called reception right away to make one, but they still wouldn’t let us join and gave no reasonable explanation, despite there being just one other guest there. My son was disappointed, and so was I. Reception and management made no effort to sort it out or make his first archery experience happen. The wider state of the resort has gone downhill in recent years, too. Customer care and quality have declined, with damaged furniture, unpleasant smells, and many areas looking poorly maintained and inattentive to guests’ needs.

Petros at the lobby bar deserves a special mention. He’s so cheerful and helpful, and everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help. The Head Chef was especially supportive of my daughter’s celiac disease, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. We were staying in one of the villas as a group of four, so there was plenty of room. We celebrated my daughter’s 30th birthday during the trip, and Cap Voyage surprised her with a cake. She and her fiancé are getting married here next year, so we also tried some menu options. Everything we saw was amazing, and they feel relaxed and excited for their big day next June. Thanks to Sophia for all her help. We can’t wait to come back next year.

There’s a shop with all sorts of things, from inflatable pool toys to magnets and clothes. The beach and pools are great, too. Around the resort you’ll find basketball courts, football pitches, tennis courts and plenty more. If you don’t feel like walking, you can just take one of the melex’s 😉

Our 2-year-old son loved the place, and the birthday cake surprise for me made the family trip feel extra special. Grecotel Peloponnese is beautiful and very family-friendly, and the staff made us feel welcome from the start. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

The beach is so close, the rooms are great, and the dinners and cocktails were amazing. I came in expecting weak drinks and poor service, but I was wrong. Everyone here has been fantastic, and I honestly have nothing to complain about. I’d come back again and again.
